I am love my first cousin(daughter of my mother's younger sister). She also love me. We wanted marriage. She is 18 years above. This is legal in India? We are Hindi. Please helps Us! This is crime? And what is special marriage act? Please help us anybody!

Yes u can marry her but she should be 18 years above.according to hindu marriage act girl should be minimum 18 years and boy 21 year.special marriage act is not for u its for those people whose religion is diffirent.
