In laws forcing to leave house what can I do

My in laws forcing me and my husband to leave the house.the property documents presently belongs to my grandfather inlaw so what are the legal option for me to stay there. He himself earned this property .

Dear client, as per the law you don't have any lagal right in the said property, is you are staying in that particular house you can file an injunction suit in civil court and could get the stay for that, by this process you can stay in that house for more time but not permanently..

If your grandfather inlaw died intestate - your husband has a right over the property
If your grandfather inlaw died writing a will - there is no other solution than challenging the validity of will.

there are certain ways through which you and your husband will remain in the property . rest because have to explain complete thus need you to have contact only then will explain thank you. rest regarding details you have to explain more
