In a grand fathers property where grand father not alive and if grand children want their legal share in the property is it compulsory to convert or register the property to grand children father name?

first u have to delacare that legal heir of him obtain a order from the court then only u entitled to the property apply all such documents regarding subject property and u have to file in court for declaring to legal heir
