I'm a 21-year-old married woman in an arranged marriage. My parents have detained me and are threatening to lodge a false FIR against my husband and his family. They want me to comply, but I fear for my safety and my husband's family's safety. I'm seeking help from a lawyer to understand my rights and options.

You can ask your husband to file a Habeas corpus petition in high court. You parents cannot detain you like that. This is a clear violation of you right. kindly tell your Husband to contact your lawyer so that a fast and effective measures can be take to assure your safety and your husband's family safety.
