I'm a 21 year old girl, I always Wanted to be independent from the age of 18. But my father restricted me, My mother Also restricted me for every single thing. I am raised up In such a way that even if I go to meet my best friend that too a girl my mother used to warn me come home before your father comes. I mean why? why Should I be scared of my father? When I'm not doing anything wrong. And all these years I have faced a lot, seen a lot of fights and arguments and abuses at home and in my whole family as well. Now I'm very much frustrated, I want to work although I'm in Third year now, I will complete my graduation as well but I want to work side by side that too in some other state. But they are not allowing, on top of that my mother is emotionally harassing me saying that do what you want, give us poison and go where you want to go. What am I supposed to do now ?

Being a major you are allowed under law to take your own decisions. You can go and study anywhere you want but you may face financial constraints. You cannot compel your family to maintain you. Moreover i will suggest to mutually solve your issues with your family.
