I'm 17 old female child . My father is a drunkcart ,he torchred me ,then later in corona period he hit me with metal box on my face and I was admitted on hospital for few weeks . Then I gone many sittings over psychiatrist and psychologist . My mother is working outstation and she arrived , applied for divorce . My mother started to give me mental stress and drop out me from education . Do child have legal rights towards living alone with financial support?

It would be a pathetic situation if both the parents neglect the welfare of their minor children. Unfortunately the minor children have to depend upon their guardian to file any petition before court for getting the necessary reliefs. The child can approach the child welfare commission to take up its grievances redressed through legal forum.
