First we need to know the entire details of the case and verify the documents. Then we can decide whether it is actually illegal or not. 2nd marriage commenced after the death of spouse is not illegal. Again if 2nd marriage takes place after 7 yrs of absence of the spouse is also not illegal. If the case doesn't fall in these 2 categories then it is considered illegal and a case can be instituted at the Court. For this 25-30k will be the fees and every hearing Rs. 1000/- has to be paid to the lawyer for appearance before the court.
