If I marry a married woman, can a case be filled against me

I felt love with married women. Si if I will marry with married women so any case against me??

With reference to the above statement, first of all you need to have consultation with the advocate for the more details, he will guide you for complet details, legally it is not advisable for second marriage

You can't marry unless she get divorce. Two marriages are not allowed. You can be prosecuted for adultery. If her husband files complaint against you. Hence don't marry without her Decree of divorce. Ok
