If article 21 applicable for parents

Sir I am an ex servicemen and retired from Indian navy on 31 Jan 2017. In March 2017 my parents admitted me to a rehab centre till 19 April 2019. Jan 2020 i was selected for a job in state Bank of india through merit but again since 3 Aug 2021 till date I am admitted in the same rehab. They forced me to resign from sbi in February 2021. Sir I know it is illegal to detain someone without his consent. Sir I need a permanent solution so that my parents could not get me detained anywhere in future.

it is pertinent to know why were you admitted to rehab? yes you are right that it is illegal to detain someone without his consent and in this kind of case you may apply for an injunction from such action by your parent. however if the rehab can be questioned then it is need to be answered accordingly
