I won Eviction Case filed by MIL. What next I should do?

My MIL filed false "Eviction Case under Senior Citizen Act" with allegations of harassment in collusion with my husband - against me and my husband in SDM Court which I won with comment that no harassment happened. What should I do next ... 1. Inform Police that she is filing false cases on me with judgement or. 2. Any case against my MIL mentioning she is framing false cases against me.

You can write a complaint to the police stating everything and retain a copy for yourself. You need not file any other case against your mother in law. Whatever course she adopts I.e. filing of several cases you may approach the court that shows the intention of the mother in law which is harassment and all such cases may not have any coercive measures.

You need to hire expert advocate in this regard and file proper reply to the same ! However if the property is in the name of patents then they can file suit for possession to get their property back from you ‘ B in touch
