I want to stay independent without my parents interference

Can I legally separate from my parents because they physically abuse me, mentally torture me and even attempted to kill me? Is there any way or any law by which I can stay away from my parents?

if you are adult then no body can stop you from being independent, and if not in both cases you may report it to the law enforcing agency that is police at domestic violence is a crime case will be registered as per the nature of allegation.
