hello sir,i have a gf jiski age abi 17+ saal h ,aur mare 18+, uske ghrvale use bhut presan krte h aur uski sdi dusre se krna chte h becuase hmre cast alg h ,vo obc aur mai genral,problam ye h ki ldki apne mn se mere se sdi krna chti h aur mare sath rhna chti h .but indian law k accoding girl ki age 18 aur boy ki 21 honi chiye .to mera question ye h ki ,
1.kya hm 18aur 19 k age m sdi kr skte h ?
2. ager hm sdi nhi kr skte to kya hm sath rh skte h ldki ki mrji se .
aap 18 and 21 are adults no consent from parents are required you can get married under the specific marriage act as the cast are different. boys family is causing lot of objection is being because of her age factor

according to indian law aap shadi to nahi kar sakte jabtak aap 21 or wo 18 ki na ho jaye. lekin jahan tak sath rahne ka sawal ha to 18 ke bad sath rah sakte ha lekin agar uske gharwale koi problem khadi na kare to.

In India the legal age of consent for sex is 18 under the POCSO Act and IPC section 375 regardless of consent
If she is 17 and you are 18 or 19 any sexual activity is illegal statutory rape
Living together is legal once both individuals are adults over 18
Therefore no sex with a minor is permitted even with consent
