I WANT TO LEFT MY HOME BECAUSE MY MOTHER FORCE ME FOR MARRIAGE

I am a 19 years old girl my mother tourture and and force me for marriage but I don't want to marriage.when I told I don't want but my mother beaten up. I have a boyfriend age 19 and his family is very supportive so i decided to left my home after resister a genaral diary through gmail to local police station that I left my home in my will. So can my mother resister any case like manipulation against my boyfriend's family.

manipulation can have a very wide connotation and to say no to any such aspersion is to me would be a highly misplaced proposition. but depending on any calculated malice that someone gets involved in to there can be suitable remedies within the four corners of law. I have been fortunate enough to help one of such girl who was also 19 years of age and her family lodged a false case of kidnap and rape against the boy. not only the court provided protection to the boy and his family but also the case against the boy was closed. regards, Tanmoy Chattopadhyay, M.Sc (Net qualified), LL.B (University of Delhi), Advocate, High Court, Calcutta.
