02-Nov-2024 (In Family Law)
My parents don't trust me they spread bad rumours about me within our relatives even I did so many things for them I build 2 story building on a land with my parents name. I am doing love marriage next year but they are creating unnecessary problems etc. So I want leave my parents now they are saying if you leave then they will go to court and will ask for allowance. Is there any law if son leaving his parents then he need to bear maintenance of them.

Yes. Legally you are bound to maintain your parents and they can go before the Court and seek maintenance for them, their household upkeep and other costs. The quantum of maintenance is decided by the Magistrate.
