I want Resident in Matrimonial house but peacefully

My DV case which i filed feb 2021 is exparte, got resident order in matrimonial house of they dont let me stay in house husband will pay 5k per month for rent. But husband not paying maintenance and is in jail for 1 month. How can i reside in matrimonial house if they still not let me reside in matrimonial home.

Dear ma'am, you need to file a contempt petition in order to start in your matrimonial home. It's your right and court has allowed you the same. If needed, police help may be provided by the court in other to facilitate that. For detailed information, you may consult me.

send me an order copy. you can go to the appeal and after that you can file the appeal in the court. whenever you free call me back. send me the complaint copy. there are lots of judgement of the supreme court

you can apply for execution of the order and then the court will provide direction to the police to let you stay in the Matrimonial house. it completely depends on the execution order by the court but even if you are not able to enter your matrimonial house please take assistance of any learned advocate who can assist you with the matter

If there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
