Yes. You can separate from your parents legally by giving legal declaration. Then you will yourself yourself from your rights. It is very easy. Think and then act. Police can not interfere then. Once decided, contact me.

Dear Madam,
Before I answer your query let me clarify you that i'm presuming that you're a Hindu though if you belong to some other religion then also no one can force you to marry against your wish.
The answer to your query is that Indian Majority Act, 1857 provides the age of majority. According to the provision of this Act, a person of 18 years or more comes under the definition of major. As you've mentioned in your question that you're an adult so you've full discretion to decide for yourself & you're are entitled to decide whether you want to marry or not. No one including your parents can compel you to marry against your wish. If they do so then you can go to the police station & lodge a complaint or FIR against them.
As as far your second query is concerned that whether you can leave your parental home let me tell you since you're major you're free to do so & If your parents forcefully restrain or confine you then they can be made liable for wrongful restraint (defined u/s 339) or wrongful confinement( defined u/s 340 of Indian Penal Code,1860) as the case may be.
I hope I've answered your all queries. If you want to seek further advice then you may contact me.

The best and the ist method which in my opinion you should've is to be doubly sure whether you really wish to leave your parents and live alone, than calmly explain the situation to them be polite and bold without offending them express yourself and your wish and in case they still don't agree than as you stated you're an adult and as perigee law of the land you are free to do so and you may take help from friends, police or the court of law through an advocate.
