I want a divorce and live separately with my gf lifelong

I have done a court marriage 6 years ago now I want a divorce cause I am having an affair but my wife is not ready to give ,I m in army .so me and my gf thinks we live together living family behind .so as we think my gf leave home now what charges can be put by she's family on me ,and what charges can my wife and she's family and my family put on me and my gf .what charges they can put on us .and how that impacts on my duty also . please tell me what things can happen with me

Well, you do not need to worry at all. At the max, your Wife can seek Divorce from you, if she wants to get rid from you and your GF, but, there exist no such Criminal Laws which she can press for Adultery committed by you and your GF.
