I need a advice fight against a complete divorce

Dear Sir my brother in law,has already divorce my sister (who is mentally challenged), with prior notice to her guardian,and married someone.Their marriage had in 2009 after 10 year he divorced.please sir guide me about my sister rights and fight against this cheat work by my brother-in-law.please sir kindly help me about it.They have on child also, who is 6 year's old now.
