I have a relationship with a married girl what can be done

Hi Sir, I had a colleague her name is A(not real name). She was alawys tortured by her husband,I used to be her best friend,she used to share all her feelings.One day i thought why such a good girl shd face problems for whole life becoz of her parents as it is arranged mrg. I started to console her and we fell in love days after. Now her husband came to knw about us and unfortunately we became close physically also,Even this physical relationship is known by her husband. Now he doesnt want to leave her. She had a baby of 4 years,We want to lead our life happily. We cant stay apart. When we asked her husband,he was like he'll complaint about illegal relationship. we are worried that we cant stay together.What is the legal procedure to follow.Kindly help me

Either the lady or her husband has to file a divorce petition to end the marriage. Without the lady getting divorce from her husband you cannot marry her. However, I would like to warn you that if you keep on maintaining illegal relation with the lady,her husband may file a case of adultery against her wife and make you second respondent and if the lady's husband can prove adultery in the court, then you will be punished not the lady. So better keep away yourself from these kind of relationships.

the girl should file a case of divorce under section 13 of Hindu marriage act on the grounds of cruelty before the husband files a case of adultery u/s 497 against you and his wife.
Also the woman has advantage and she can file many cases such as 498A, DVC , Maintenance etc.
The woman should decide on what she wants to do now.
