I donot want my nephew to live with me

I am 56 yrs unmarried female(Hindu) My 31yrs old nephew and my sister (widowed)63yrs old are living with me since last14yrs. its my own home,my nephew is alcoholic monetary I helped him a lot to clear his debt it is never ending now I came to know that he was lying
He has not given a single penny till today I did his education his all documents carry my address,he has taken money from many people and they come to my home ask for money
He has taken 2 lakh loan from hodfc bank which he didn't repay people from bank come for recovery
Now I don't want him to live in my house as it is mental and sometimes physical torture me my sister
What should I do legally
You will require to file a suit for injunction in the civil court of your jurisdiction and pray that he be restrained from entering the house. As it is your house it will be easy for you to get this order.

dear queries as per your query mentioned you has been misusing you and your sister sincere then everything for him he is not repaying or taking same equal care for you both you have your rights to throw amount of the house which you can do by yourself it is not at all being as you can do the same
