Me and my nephew who is the son of my sister were in relationship. We are at same age now. Is it possible to marry eachother?

you have to tell me which religion you are first and also caste because as far as Hindu marriage act goes if there is custom/tradition you can get married however if there is no custom/ tradition of such type it will be difficult please contact me for further details
