I am under house arrest for last 2 moths

I am 26 Female nd I am in love with 30Male .he s married and has 2 kids but his divorce s still filed on court.Before 2 months my parents found about our livin relationship nd tooke from Chennai to native .Now they have my phone ,ATM cards and my documents.How do I deal with this legally and claim my phone and cards from them back so that I can go work again and get separated from them.PS:my dad is very influential in local and has influential contacts so that local police won't be much of help
