I am a hindu can I marry my second cousin

I love my second cousin and want to marry. But her cousin and mama are beating her badly and threatening me of police remand. My parents are also not supporting me. We are second cousin but not live at same place she lives at a village in bihar and i in ranchi. We want to get marry but our age is low in number as mine 19 and her 20 only Please suggest us a supporting way We are hindu kurmi.
Technically I don't thing marriage is possible. Hindu marriage in same gotra is prohibited. It would be proper if you consult an advocate for better and efficient assistance. After ascertaining the degree of prohibition, needful can be advised
