I am a 20 year old man who lives in maharashtra. I make my own money , and I am capable to make my own living and take care for myself . I am fed up of certain restrictions and boundaries my family sets up on me . So I am planning to shift to delhi. So that they won't bother me anymore . I know my rights , and that they can't force me to live with them . BUT the key thing here is , what if they file a fake case in local area or a fake police complain , just to bother me in case . I am totally tensed as my family can go to any level just to bother me and Suck my freedom. Need help. What can I do to protect my freedom

If you are worried about your freedom and don’t want your family members to interfere in your personal life then you can always serve them a legal notice regarding your grievances and then attach that notice to the police station of your area stating that any complaint received by your family members should be taken as null and void.
