Husband torturing want maintenance to live in properly with daughters

My husband is a senior govt officer and he troubles too much and behaves on mood to give money and facilities of his services and always tortured mentally to me and my growing daughters and drinks too much behaves stupid and irresponsible which is against the farce of his status and dignity of family He is not ready to stop drink and each day is a torture .Family want to live dignified way and childern education and menatla and physical health is important ,How husband can be insisted to give money of mantainence to survive dignified way as this man is mood swati ha full and life cannt be lived on others person mood ,hello me and my children to live respectfully in society with confidence and support of money as husband earns a good sum but keep control of all money to him only ,
