Husband threatening to stop education of my son

I am going through bad phase in marriage, and my husband blackmails telling that he will remove my son from school by applying for TC from school . My son is aged 17 years and studying 12th standard and he supports me. Kindly advise me whether I can approach a court of law and restraint the school from issuing TC on the basis of his application. kindly advise

It is better to give one request to the school authority stating that if father came and tried to get the TC, do not issue the TC without informing you. It is also better to file a suit for permanent injunction against your husband as not to get TC of your son from the school authority. Suit can also be filed against the school not to issue TC to the father.

please let me know as to whether your son is to be admitted to 12th standard or as completed, if completed you can get admitted to graduation on his stream and that the and that the p u college will send the transfer certificate to where he is admitted

Dear Querist, If his threats are real it is better to file a bare injunction suit restraining the school from removing your son from the school or issuing TC. Since u r son is still a minor he can also file maintenance u/s.125 of CRPC. Pratap, Advocate
