Husband not giving maintenance since one year what to do

I filled maintenance file on 8 feb 2016.....judge also ordered to give money,but my husband delay by giving reasons....so till one year was gone....till i receive no money of maintenance...so what i do now??

You fill under section 125 (3) crpc (recovery maintenance money)file in the court. If your husband not giving maintenance money so your husband going to central jail either paid maintenance money ....
