Husband not appearing for court dates

Hi my brother got warrant from court for didn't attend court dates so I am confused either he got arrest or he should should pay fine how much it will be for not attend court dates from one and half years
Ur brother has to attend the court if he dint means obviously court ll issue warrant for his absence if it happens u have to recall ur brothers warrant by appearing before the court by stating proper reason and by filing necessary application and court have the desecrationary power to impose fine
