Husband lying about his income how to apply for maintenance

Shadi se phele mein cash deposit kiya tha apne inlaws ke account me wo account joint account hai mere huaband n fatherin law ka.ab mein maintenance case file kiya h to mere husband ka kehna h ki wo account unke father ka h n unke father ne unhe shop se nikaldiya h wo jhut bol rahe mere lawyer ne unhe account ke bankstatment n unka pancard no present karne ko kaha bt wo court mkehte ki unke pass pancard nhi h n hi wo account unka h ab mujhe kya karna chaiye kyuki meee husband jhut bol rahe apni income ke baare me .
as you have already filed a case under section 125 cr. PC you have to tell the judge to order for filling of income affidavit as per Kusum Sharma and Mohinder Sharma. There is no ground which states that if there is no PAN card the person is not entitled to pay you the maintenance. kindly tell your lawyer to press on it and get you the required maintenance.

First of all case Kahan filed hai? Agar your husband is lying and saying Ki, PAN card nhi hai to income tax department can also not Trace it. You try to get the PAN number of your husband and then only u can prove him wrong or else attack on his immovable Properties
