Husband harassing wife what to do

My friend got married in 2011,she got two kids.her husband drinks daily.comes home at night and harasses her.use abusive language and torture her every night sexualy as well as mentally.he don't bath for months and brushes monthly once.wakes ups at 2 in the noon.he smokes cigarettes.never responsible.he watches porn and use all those acts on her.his parents send money to take care of the family.to get rid of all these she planned to go away with her relative.he recorded the call and blaming her that she is character less and revealed it out.everybody in the family knows about him.but she is getting blamed for her mistake.she dint have any proof about him but every body knows about him.can you please suggest what she can do.

Dear Client, Your friend did not hide anything before marriage elders and parents of her husband. She must not tolerate, complacent and should rise alarm in the first moment when she came to know about the vices of her husband. Now she can negotiate through her parents, marriage elders about the misbehavior of her husband and take legal assistance and get redressal like filing maintenance case and criminal case for harassment and misbehavior etc.,

Hi, Your friend can visit the nearest police station and give a complaint in writing for the harassment by his husband. She can also file case for harassment done by her husband .
