Hi, Expert my husband & his family deprt me from house , My parents took me home , but now my husband filed rcr that i stole all jewellery, Cash & expensive cloths with the help of my family. I wanted to Join My Husband& His Family After court satisfaction ,as My Father Is Suffered with TB & My Brother is a handicapped. .

Rcr is basically a case of restitution of conjugal rights. There may be many or some serious allegations in your case against you leveled by your husband but the case is basically related to restitution.
