Husband filed for divorce got ex-partedecree can claim for maintenance

My husband is army officer. we got married in 2010 andcthings didn't go smooth between us so I came back home to parents. Now we are separated from last six and half years. we both are Hindu. Few months back I got to know from a friend that that he filed a case of divorce where I never got summons. He got divorce decree in october 2014 and remarried through court in December 2014. He has two year old son too. what can I do now? can make his second marriage null and void? how can I get maintenance now?
Hi, Do you know from which court he got ex-parte divorce? There are possibilities of mal-practice such as giving your wrong address and if it gets proven, his job would also be at risk. You shall contact a lawyer with expertise in Family Cases as well as Armed Forces Tribunal cases for suitable advise.
