Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned that your husband is not paying you any money for maintenance, in such case you can file maintenance before the court and demand alimony, for more information about the same kindly contact me.

no wife shall be entitled to receive an allowance for the maintenance from her husband, if she refuses to live with her husband. Wife must not refuse to live with her husband without sufficient reason to get maintenance. but he refused you then it's vise varsa

You ca seek right to maintenance by the husband Under Section 18 of the Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956 a Hindu wife is entitled to claim maintenance from her husband in case if he is guilty of cruelty, desertion, polygamy or has a venereal disease, thereby enforcing her rights in divorce. You can file a Petition for Maintenance under Section 125 of CrPC for claiming Maintenance. For anu further help I am just a call away
