Husband goes to call girls under which ipc act should I launched a complaint? What is the action should I take against him, how long it will take to solve ?

You can file an NC at the local police station just to put it in record, nothing much they can do. The legal action depends in what you want to do , if you have proof you can file for divorce or file releifs under domestic violence . It is better you take an indepth consultation with an advocate to understand and look for appropriate releifs.

If you wish to take a divorce then you can file a petition in the family court (of your jurisdiction) for a divorce under cruelty (and club it with maintenance).
You can also book him under s. 125(4) or S. 488 but these are only penal provisions and not compensatory ones.
I would advise to file a case in family court.
