If your father have made Nomination in the Society than, that person can make a application for the fresh membership in the society and transfer his name in the share certificate.

In case, if no nomination is there, then NOC and Indemnity Bond of other legal heirs will be required.

You have to file heirship application before civil court and at the same time you have to file no objection of your brothers and sister. Approx in 3 - 4 months you will get the certificate of ownership of the said flat, for any further assistance call me..

Sir,

You need to file succession petition before the High Court and file the NOC of your brothers and sister. Once you get the succession certificate you can transfer the said property on your name.
