How to take action against wrongful sale of ancestral property?

My mother is having share in ancestral property of my late father and we want her share in her individual name . Its been more than 25 yrs. My mother is afraid of legal activities and she does not want to take any actions but these people are selling the land and they are pretending us to be dead.Not taking any steps to take care of there late brother's daughter.Neither agreeing even to talk on the matter. Please Guide what has to be done...

dear sir thanks for writing to us kindly me details of property as location, your family tree and other details, we need to study all the documents before we guide u on the said matter, we need to see the ownership of the property call us or meet with all the documents thanks santosh suryarao
