Hi
You should get a restraining order from the court preventing your wife from living in your house till the disposal of your divorce case (if filed).
if divorce petition is not filed, you should file the same immediately.

Dear,
You cannot restrict your wife to enter your house and cohabit with you till the time you obtain divorce from your wife and if she is restrained by you from entering your house, she can file domestic violence case against you and your mother and seek for residential order. Having said that, you can bring the matter of her entering into the house and harassing you and your mother before the court where the criminal cases are pending and offer to provide alternate accommodation to your wife. The court may direct your wife accordingly.
