How to resolve maintenance case issue

I filed a divorce case ( contesting ) against my wife under special marriage act 27. She filed a maintenance case for which she got an order. However, she filed a dv case separately in another court after that, post which we agreed on a mcd. I paid 2 laks and 8laks is pending. I want to understand if me and my ex jointly withdraw the contesting/maintenance petition before we go for mcd. Please advise.
Both of you may mutually agree modified terms for mutual divorce on modified terms. You have to seek legal advise before signing any paper in the court. It will be biding upon you. Your question is not clear. Please take suggestions in person for more clarifications.
