23-Nov-2023 (In Family Law)
Sir/Mam, I'm  from Bihar. I have some problem which solution wants from you. I met a girl through Facebook that belongs to Hazaribag. She has married in 18 to 19 years of age and she now has twins about 1 years of age. When I met her, she was in trouble. Every members of her families abuse and beat her. So 1 month earlier she left her husband's house and goes to mother's house after harsh quarreling and nobody gives her baby to go with her. After returning to home, her parents and other members didn't file case against her husband and now all send her back to that house after taking written on court paper from her husband not to beat or abuse her. But she doesn't want to live there because every members of that family quarrel each other from day to night. There is no any peace and nobody take care of her. She is now ill. Baby is also catching that abuse, as no any mother will want it. So please tell me how can I release from there and marry to her.

She is 18. being major she has right to marry the boy of her choice . If that marriage don't go well she has no option but to file for divorce if succeeds then only she can go for second marriage. Cruelty may b a ground for divorce.
