How to rejoin with my husband _hindu

Myself and my husband got married 30.8.2018.After we got married, my mother in law verbally abused me daily for not coming with fat dowry. Initially my husband and father in law supports me but due to her drama slowly my father in law and my husband started to support her. My husband is working in my father in law office. Till this date he never gave any salary and my husband's parents never allowed me to go anywhere with my husband. Due to so many pressure myself and my husband had so many fights. Due to one fight i came to my hometown Coimbatore with my parents. After 1 month when we have triedto contact them his father told us like 'lets go for mutual. We dont want this girl for our son'. My father pleaded him for reunion. But they told us to contact them after a week. Now they send a notice that consists of so many false allegations asked us to rejoin with his son 1. Should i send only deny letter or with conjugal rights 2. Should i go to their hometown (ko) commissioner office.
