How to prove that the will prepared is fake

Hello sir/ma'am, we have joint family property dispute.we hv filed a suit for permanent injunction in 2010.Got the stay order.property 300 sq yrd is existing in the name of my grandfather who has expired in 2005.my father has expired in 1999. My brother is paralysed.Mother have slip disk problem.We are staying here from the date of my mother's marriage from last 40 years.possession is admitted.Now when my grandfather is no more,my uncle and grandmother created dispute over our portion. They have shown a will which is not real. Signature on of my grandfather doesn't match.hw much chances to win?
Dear client , as well as your possession is concerned, no will evict u from the property in question if you establish your possession in the court except without due course of law. Rest is the will , if the signature of your grandfather is not geniue then you can register an FIR against those who prepared such a will . I have a similar case , in which we succeeded to register an FIR for preparing such a forged will . For more query meet me personally .!!
