How to offer alternate residence to wife without she asking for

Hi , my wife has filled 498a and I got acquittal out if it . Now how can I stop my wife from coming to my home and offer her alternate residence through court .
She wants to stay in same parent house and harress them everyday.
So is there any way , where I fill application and court order wife to take alternate residence, not to go to my parents home
Dear Sir,
If your matrimonial house is in your name then execute Gift Deed in the name of your mother then file a suit for permanent injunction against your wife saying that she cannot enter into the house of her mother-in-law. You may take alternative rented house and produce such agreement before the Court and she will be directed to stay there.
