How to marry girl who is married with somebody else

My girlfriend get married forcefully by his parents one month ago. Till now they haven't any type sexual relationship with each other but she is pregnant of 2 month from me. She want to keep child even i want to marry with her, so please advice ASAP, what to do? Please

First of all...now u can't do anything until and unless your girlfriend take divorce from her husband. If u marry with ur girlfriend without taking divorce than there is a possibility of facing criminal proceeding of adultery against ur girlfriend therefore it's better ..u convince ur girlfriend to go for mutual consent divorce with her husand and get separate therefore ur way of marrying her will be easy after obtaining the divorce decree from the court

You cannot marry her now. Don't interfere in her life or else she can also under the pressure of her parents, in laws and husband can filed criminal case against you. Even divorce can't be taken within one year. Infact she should tell everything to her husband. But if all she wants to marry you, then she will have to take divorce after one year of marriage and then she can marry you.

File a petition from her side before the Family Court for declaration of her marriage as null and void and ask to reside with you. once the marriage is declared as null and void you can legally perform the marriage with her.
