How to make RCR case strong against wife?

Hello sir, I File RCR against my wife in court. In reply that my wife has file section 24 against me in court. Whether this section 24 is make weak to my RCR case against wife. What will be guideline to fight against section 24 and to make strong RCR case

Section 24 is only restrained to the maintenance and to bear legal expenses of wife it is not going to harm your RCR case anyhow. You need to defend your case through proper submission while dealing with the section 24 to oppose the maintenance. Follow the guidelines set out by the Supreme Court and High Court in the matter pertains to the maintenance to wife.
