How to initiate with divorce proceedings

now my husband is saying if i will take back the case and say in court that i lodge a false case then only he will live with me otherwise No. And his lawyers are saying me that we will save him and also saying me your marriage is intercaste and your belongs to SC category and husband is Brahmin so his family will kill him or me. Now what legal action can i take.... Can i eligible to lodge another against my husband if already 376 case is continue . My husband is saying only he will talk to me after decision of court. Now i am mentally and physically not well. He changed his room also i only know his Uncle aunty home. We got married with Hindu vivaah sansthan then go to nagar nigam for marriage registration after marriage. And certificate with me also. Can i take any action. Kindly suggest. I am in great Problem.
