How to get house vacated from near relative staying forcefully

My brother in law and his wife live with us in my house (the house owner is me and my husband). and they are harassing us.. We wanted them to leave our house but they are not ready to leave. What shall we do?
You can file a case u/s 12 of protection of women from domestic violence act 2005 against the wife of your brother in law and seek protection order from court. The object of the domestic violence act is to pro ide protection to female from violence at the hand of her relative.

Kindly let me know since how long are they staying with you. Did they enter into your property without your permission? If such is the case then it amounts to trespassing. Trespassing is a criminal offence and you have to take file a criminal complaint to evict them. For more detailed advice and further clarification kindly book a consultancy call.

If your brother in law and his wife doesn't your request then firstly you have to file one police complaint against your y brother in law and his wife, which should mention the illegal trespass into your private complaint.
