How to get gift deed cancelled

03-Jun-2023 (In Family Law)
My father and his brother executed a notarized family settlement deed on the basis of which my father transferred some of the properties under his name via registered gift deeds. However, upon receiving the gift deeds, his brother did not perform his part. My father objected against mutation of the properties, but his brother is getting properties mutated under his name with false claims that my father broke the family settlement deed. Please advise as to how we can get the gift deed and family settlement deed cancelled i.e. filing a declaration suit or suit for specific performance etc. Also, how much would be the court fees involved. . Thanks
