HOW TO GET BIRTH CERTIFICATE AFTER ADOPTION DEED INSTEADOF BIOLOGICAL

We have adopted a baby of 08 months old through adoption deed. After that, need to change father & mother names (me & my wife) instead of biological parents in the birth certificate. Please tell me the procedure for that.
dear sister and brother this is very happy news to me because you have adapted 18 months old baby it is adoption is a great thing but viva question that you need to change the adoption baby mother name and father name for that you have to take an affidavit from the notary go to municipal office and birth registration office and submit notary affidavit along with adoption certificate and your Aadhar Card ever husband and Aadhar ca Arvind I will give you a birth certificate what's your name rd so that they will do enquiry on the head after that they will change father name and mother name of the child

Birth Certificate is issued by the Municipal Corporation/Municipal Council,first enquire that biological parents name is mentioned in date of birth certificate or not. if mentioned submit an application for changes which need to be done according to your consent in the concerned municipality office by attaching the adoption deed with that application.
