How to get benefit under parents maintenance act,

My mother having family pension after my deceased father, an ex M L A about rs 20000 . I am unemployed depending on agriculture income. Is my mother entitled to get benefit under parents maintenance act, from Me in the family court.? She already filed the same complaint in the SDM court and then took her application back on her will. The whole common property left by my father is under my mother's controle..She has forced me and my family to stay away from home legally, through police complaint, on rent .
Yes, she can file a suit against you demanding maintenance fir herself but that that is also matter of consideration and depending upon the resources of your mother for her living, whether she is a dependent one or not. Rest could be discussed in brief.

First of all u tell me whether ur father executed any Will in favour of any person.
If there is no Will than u can file civil suit of stay to protect ur share in property.
She can not get maintenance if she is getting pension.
If there is no Will than u can file civil suit of stay to protect ur share in property.
