How to gain maintenance after divorce from husand

Hindu married for 15 years with 9 years of son,husband wants to get divorce as he want to marry someone else but I m not agreeing onto it. I don't have any other family support ,he has warned me of deserting me and stop all the financial help if not agreed for mutual divorce,he do not have any grounds for divorce . I m qualified but not been working for last 6 years and my health is deteroating with stress and mental torture.what should I do can I expect any Maintainance if he just leave

If he just leave you then he will file for contested divorce and in that case file for maintenance and in that case he will mot be able to get a divorce and he would have to pay you maintenance and that would depend upon the person you hire....

As you are his legally wedded wife, it is his (your husband's) duty to maintain you and your son. So yes, you can claim maintenance from your husband for yourself as well as for your son Under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

Husband can not divorce you just for no reason. Stop worrying. You can ask for maintenance without divorcing him. But that may be little difficult for you because you do not have any other support. Meet me personally and all your problems will be solved. Have faith in me.
